We take the protection of your personal data seriously and process it only in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, where applicable, the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
2. Visiting this website
When you open this website, our hosting provider (Metanet AG, Switzerland) automatically records technical information in server log files: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system, and the referring page. This is necessary to deliver the website and keep it secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted after a short period and are not combined with other data.
3. Enquiries
If you send us an enquiry through the form or by email, we use the details you give us (name, email address, phone number if given, travel dates, number of guests and your message) only to answer your enquiry and, if you book, to prepare and carry out your stay (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Your enquiry is sent to our mailbox and a copy is kept on our server. We delete enquiries that did not lead to a booking after 24 months at the latest; booking data is kept as long as required by tax and registration law (in Italy, guests must also be registered with the authorities).
4. Cookies and local storage
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics tools. Your browser only remembers the language you chose (local storage). You can delete this at any time in your browser settings.
5. External services
- Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.): fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which receive your IP address. Data may be transferred to the USA; Google is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- jsDelivr (content delivery network): the animation library is loaded from jsDelivr, which receives your IP address for delivery.
- Maps: the maps on this website are drawn from OpenStreetMap data stored on our own server; no data is sent to a map provider. Only when you click "Directions" does Google Maps open in a new window, under Google's privacy policy.
- Booking platforms: our availability calendar is synchronised with the booking platforms we use. Only booked dates are shown, never guest details.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, simply write to contact@villaspenser.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it) or the Swiss FDPIC (edoeb.admin.ch).
7. Security
This website is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Your enquiries are stored on a protected server that is not accessible from the internet.

Trattiamo i tuoi dati personali con cura e solo nel rispetto del Regolamento generale sulla protezione dei dati (GDPR) e, ove applicabile, della legge svizzera sulla protezione dei dati (LPD).
2. Visita del sito
Quando apri questo sito, il nostro provider di hosting (Metanet AG, Svizzera) registra automaticamente nei file di log del server alcune informazioni tecniche: indirizzo IP, data e ora, pagina richiesta, browser e sistema operativo, pagina di provenienza. Ciò è necessario per fornire il sito e mantenerlo sicuro (legittimo interesse, art. 6, par. 1, lett. f GDPR). I file di log vengono cancellati dopo breve tempo e non sono combinati con altri dati.
3. Richieste
Se ci invii una richiesta tramite il modulo o via email, utilizziamo i dati forniti (nome, email, telefono se indicato, date del soggiorno, numero di ospiti e messaggio) solo per rispondere e, in caso di prenotazione, per preparare e svolgere il soggiorno (art. 6, par. 1, lett. b GDPR). La richiesta viene inviata alla nostra casella di posta e una copia è conservata sul nostro server. Le richieste che non portano a una prenotazione vengono cancellate al più tardi dopo 24 mesi; i dati di prenotazione sono conservati per il tempo previsto dalle norme fiscali e di registrazione (in Italia gli ospiti devono essere comunicati alle autorità).
4. Cookie e memoria locale
Questo sito non utilizza cookie di tracciamento o pubblicitari né strumenti di analisi. Il browser memorizza soltanto la lingua scelta (memoria locale), che puoi cancellare in qualsiasi momento nelle impostazioni del browser.
5. Servizi esterni
- Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.): i caratteri vengono caricati dai server di Google, che ricevono il tuo indirizzo IP. I dati possono essere trasferiti negli USA; Google aderisce all'EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- jsDelivr (rete di distribuzione dei contenuti): la libreria per le animazioni viene caricata da jsDelivr, che riceve il tuo indirizzo IP per la consegna.
- Mappe: le mappe sono disegnate con dati OpenStreetMap salvati sul nostro server; nessun dato viene inviato a un fornitore di mappe. Solo cliccando su "Indicazioni" si apre Google Maps in una nuova finestra, secondo l'informativa di Google.
- Piattaforme di prenotazione: il calendario delle disponibilità è sincronizzato con le piattaforme che utilizziamo. Vengono mostrate solo le date occupate, mai i dati degli ospiti.
6. I tuoi diritti
Hai il diritto di accedere ai tuoi dati, di ottenerne la rettifica o la cancellazione, di limitarne il trattamento o di opporti, e alla portabilità dei dati. Per esercitarli basta scrivere a contact@villaspenser.com. Puoi inoltre proporre reclamo a un'autorità di controllo, ad esempio il Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it) o l'IFPDT svizzero (edoeb.admin.ch).
7. Sicurezza
Il sito è trasmesso tramite connessione cifrata (HTTPS). Le richieste sono conservate su un server protetto, non accessibile da internet.

Wir behandeln Ihre Personendaten sorgfältig und ausschliesslich nach der Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO) und, soweit anwendbar, dem Schweizer Datenschutzgesetz (DSG).
2. Besuch der Website
Beim Aufruf dieser Website speichert unser Hosting-Anbieter (Metanet AG, Schweiz) automatisch technische Angaben in Server-Logdateien: IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, aufgerufene Seite, Browser und Betriebssystem sowie die verweisende Seite. Das ist nötig, um die Website auszuliefern und sicher zu betreiben (berechtigtes Interesse, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Die Logdateien werden nach kurzer Zeit gelöscht und nicht mit anderen Daten zusammengeführt.
3. Anfragen
Wenn Sie uns über das Formular oder per E-Mail eine Anfrage senden, verwenden wir Ihre Angaben (Name, E-Mail-Adresse, ggf. Telefonnummer, Reisedaten, Anzahl Gäste und Ihre Nachricht) nur, um Ihre Anfrage zu beantworten und – bei einer Buchung – Ihren Aufenthalt vorzubereiten und durchzuführen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO). Die Anfrage wird an unser Postfach gesendet und eine Kopie auf unserem Server gespeichert. Anfragen ohne Buchung löschen wir spätestens nach 24 Monaten; Buchungsdaten bewahren wir so lange auf, wie es Steuer- und Meldevorschriften verlangen (in Italien müssen Gäste zudem den Behörden gemeldet werden).
4. Cookies und lokaler Speicher
Diese Website verwendet keine Tracking- oder Werbe-Cookies und keine Analyse-Tools. Ihr Browser merkt sich nur die gewählte Sprache (lokaler Speicher); diese können Sie jederzeit in den Browsereinstellungen löschen.
5. Externe Dienste
- Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.): Die Schriften werden von Servern von Google geladen, die dabei Ihre IP-Adresse erhalten. Eine Übermittlung in die USA ist möglich; Google ist unter dem EU-US Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert.
- jsDelivr (Content Delivery Network): Die Animationsbibliothek wird von jsDelivr geladen, das dafür Ihre IP-Adresse erhält.
- Karten: Die Karten werden aus OpenStreetMap-Daten gezeichnet, die auf unserem eigenen Server liegen; es werden keine Daten an einen Kartendienst gesendet. Erst wenn Sie auf «Route» klicken, öffnet sich Google Maps in einem neuen Fenster, unter der Datenschutzerklärung von Google.
- Buchungsplattformen: Unser Belegungskalender wird mit den von uns genutzten Plattformen abgeglichen. Angezeigt werden nur belegte Daten, nie Angaben zu Gästen.
6. Ihre Rechte
Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Bearbeitung, Widerspruch und Datenübertragbarkeit. Schreiben Sie dazu einfach an contact@villaspenser.com. Zudem können Sie sich bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren, zum Beispiel beim italienischen Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it) oder beim Eidgenössischen Datenschutz- und Öffentlichkeitsbeauftragten (edoeb.admin.ch).
7. Sicherheit
Diese Website wird verschlüsselt übertragen (HTTPS). Ihre Anfragen werden auf einem geschützten Server gespeichert, der aus dem Internet nicht zugänglich ist.
