    10% discount from 7 nights. 3-night stays, special offers and groups of 4 or fewer: please enquire
    Final cleaning
    € 300 per stay
    Dogs
    Very welcome, € 50 per stay. The garden is fully fenced
    Tourist tax
    € 2.50 per person per night
    Payment
    25% deposit on booking, 75% balance at the latest 30 days before arrival

    Bank transfer (PayPal possible, plus 7% commission)
    Cancellation
    Free, with full refund, until 60 days before arrival
    Pool
    Use at your own risk; children must be supervised at all times. Our staff clean the pool and tend the garden regularly
    Parking
    2 private spaces by the house for smaller cars (unpaved lane, 2.40 m wide). Free parking on the main road, 180 m away; we help with luggage
